To Inflate or Deflate
To inflate, pull plug, pinch valve, blow up and re-insert plug.
To deflate, pull plug and pinch valve.

Air flight inflation instructions.
Inflate after Aircraft reaches flying altitude. Caution: Inflation before reaching flight altitude can cause over inflation at higher altitudes.
Inflate or Deflate each side until the head is comfortably supported. When properly inflated the back of the head should contact the seat cushion with the pillow firmly supporting both sides of the head. Full inflation is not recommended for comfort and best support.

Exercises to reduce leg cramps.
1. Place partially inflated pillow between knees. Squeeze knees together and then relax. Repeat as often as desired.

2. Place partially inflated pillow on edge of seat, under legs, and pedal up and down like on a bicycle.


Back Support
Partially inflate both pillows to a comfortable level. Place pillows close together on either side of lower back.

Eye Mask
Place eye mask over eyes and secure with elastic straps.

Travel Pouch
Store eye mask and pillow in pouch for use when traveling.

Cleaning Instructions
Clean with warm water and mild soap.

This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions hereafter set forth. Except for the above warranty, it is expressly agreed that NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or of a particular use nor any warranty of any kind whatsoever express, implied or statutory is made by TNS.
2. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, punctures, tampering, negligence, abnormal conditions or alterations to the product.
3. Liability of TNS is limited to either repair or replacement of a pillow defective in material or workmanship when returned to TNS within 5 weeks of the purchase date.
